What we would love to hear about
- Corrections to articles. Spotted a factual error or outdated info? Send us the article URL and what is wrong, and we will fix it.
- Suggestions for new content. What Wordle® topic would you love to see covered? Drop us a line.
- Bug reports for the solver. If our solver tool ever returns weird results, paste in your inputs and the output you saw and we will investigate.
- Feedback on the site overall. What works for you? What does not?
What we cannot help with
- The official New York Times Wordle® game. We are not the NYT. For account issues, billing, or bugs with the actual Wordle® game, contact NYT Games support directly at help.nytimes.com.
- Daily Wordle® answers before midnight NZT. Our daily hint goes live at 6am NZT, after we have verified the answer. We do not pre-publish.
- General word puzzle advice unrelated to Wordle®. We focus specifically on Wordle® and its closest variants.

We are based in New Zealand. Our team works asynchronously, so do not expect instant replies, but we read everything.
